BOOKING POLICIES:

DEPOSITS:

A $20 NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-TRANSFERABLE DEPOSIT is required to book any service. This will be reduced from your total amount and you will be responsible for the remaining balance at the time of your scheduled appointment.

*FOR GIFT CERTIFICATE USERS - please send an email to elevatedaestheticsspa@gmail.com to book your appointment to avoid this charge (you have the option to book online, and the deposit will be immediately refunded to you when you come in for your appt)*


CANCELLATIONS:

Your appointments are reserved especially for you and I value your business and ask that you respect my scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify me at least 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE.

Any deposits made are forfeited for any cancellations. If you choose to reschedule, I will credit your original deposit to your rescheduled appointment (this will be only allowed once if it’s within 24 hours of your appointment). After two consecutively rescheduled appointments you will have to cancel and create a new one with another deposit.

If I’m notified of cancellations with less than 24 hours, you will be charged a LATE CANCELLATION FEE of $25. However, I understand emergencies happen and for that reason I will allow ONE exemption from this fee, if you ever need it.

ARRIVALS:

Please arrive AT THE TIME of your scheduled appointment. Links to online waiver forms are available so you can fill them out prior to coming in.

LATENESS:

I do my best to accommodate late arrivals, but please respect my time and the time of my other clients that may be booked directly after you.

For facial services, you will have a 15 min grace period before you are charged with a $10 late fee. You will not receive any extra time unless I have the time available.

For lash extension services, it’s more crucial to be on time. Every minute matters, and you don’t want to leave with incomplete work, which will also be a reflection of me. I will allow a 10 min grace period before a $10 fee is charged.

FOR LASH CLIENTS:

Please arrive with clean, mascara, and makeup free. When you book refills, please select the appropriate option (2 or 3 weeks depending on your last visit).

You will have a grace period of 3 days past your 2 week appointment, before it is changed to a 3 week fill). Past 3 full weeks, pricing is at my discretion depending on the fullness of your lashes.

SERVICES AND PRICING:

I reserve the right to modify or change services and prices without notice to ensure that maximum standards of service and quality are being met.

GRATUITY:

Gratuity is not included in the price of service. While gratuity is optional, customary tipping is 15-20% of your service, but of course at your discretion.
