BOOKING POLICIES

DEPOSITS :

A 20% NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-TRANSFERABLE DEPOSIT is required to book any service. You are responsible for the remaining balance at checkout on the date of your scheduled appointment. For example: If the service costs $100.00, you will pay a $20.00 deposit and owe $80.00 after the completion of your service.

CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING:

Your appointments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect our scheduling policies. We require a 20% NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-TRANSFERABLE DEPOSIT. You must reschedule your appointment within 48 hours to have your deposit credited to your rescheduled appointment or it will be forfeited. Cancellations with less than a 24-hour notice and NO CALL/NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the service total (including sickness and emergencies).

In the case of unforeseen events on our end such as inclement weather, we will do our best to reschedule your appointment in a timely manner.

ARRIVALS:

Due to COVID-19, we are asking clients to come in no earlier than 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Waiver forms are requested to fill out prior to coming in.

LATENESS :

We do our best to accommodate late arrivals, but please respect your Esthetician’s time and the time of other clients that may be booked directly after you.

For all services, you will have a 10 min grace period for arrival. For every additional 10 min that you are late, you will be charged with a $10 late fee. You will not receive any extra time unless your Esthetician has the time available.


For chemical peels and brow services, please be aware there is no grace period due to the limited amount of time that is allotted for this service. In response to this, any client who is unable to make their appointment for these services on time will be considered a ‘No-Show’ and charged 100% of the service. Any deposit made will be deducted from the penalty fee.

SERVICES AND PRICING:

Elevated Aesthetics LLC reserves the right to modify or change services and prices without notice to ensure that maximum standards of service and quality are being met.

GRATUITY:

Gratuity is not included in the price of service. While gratuity is optional, customary tipping is 15-20% of your service, but of course at your discretion.
