Booking Information

All appointments can be made through Vagaro.com/elevatedaesthetics

A 20% NON-REFUNDABLE-TRANSFERABLE deposit is required to reserve your appointment.

Our calendar will open each month on the last week of the prior month (ex. on the week of June we will release appointments for the month of July.)

How do I book an appointment?

You can book an appointment by visiting Vagaro.com/elevatedaesthetics. All appointments must be booked online, if you need assistance please contact our office.

Why do I not see availability?

The calendar for bookings releases on a monthly basis a week prior to the beginning of the next month. All availability displayed on Vagaro is up-to-date. If there are no date/times showing, we are booked or not available. You have the option to add to the waitlist.

What if there is no availability when I try to reschedule?

We kindly ask clients to not reserve appointments that they believe might be tentative. We have a very tight schedule and we try our best to accommodate, but there isn’t always a guarantee there will be room to move your appointment. If there is no availability for the current month you might have to forfeit your deposit and schedule an appointment at a later date.

Elevate Me Emergency Appointments

We have recently added emergency appointments for our clients that wish to request specific date and time for their treatments.

You will be charged a

$40 Accommodation Fee

along with a 20% required deposit upon booking.

This is available for facial services only.

What services do we offer?

At Elevated Aesthetics, we offer a variety of skin treatments including dmk enzyme therapy, custom facials, microneedling, chemical peels, etc.

Clients can book brow shaping, tinting, and lamination services with Dinelia.

Do your facials include extractions?

Yes! All of our full-service facials include extractions. Microneedling and chemical peels do not include extractions but can be added for an extra cost.

Which facial should I book?

We suggest our clients read the description of each facial and pick what service they feel best fits their needs. At the time of service, your esthetician will assess your skin and make recommendations for what will give you optimal results.

Do I need to pay for my treatment at the time of booking?

You do not need to pay for your service in full at the time of booking. Your 20% deposit is deducted from the total cost of service. You are required to pay the remaining balance at the end of your service. We accept all major credit cards and cash. You save 2.75% on the convenience when paying with cash.

Can I still get a facial while pregnant?

Yes you can! Expecting moms need some TLC too! Please let your esthetician know and update your intake forms before your service after becoming pregnant.

What services can/can’t I do while pregnant?

Can: All of our facials we customize them to suit the needs of our pregnant clients.

Cant: Microneedling and all chemical peels.

*We do not perform any high frequency during any of these treatments*

How can I book a waxing appointment?

To book any full body waxing services with Fahmida you must visit her page at Vagaro.com/skinxlove.

Do you have gift certificates available for purchase?

Yes, gift certificates can be purchased online at vagaro.com/elevatedaesthetics/gift-certificates.

If you’d like to purchase a gift certificate in hand, you can stop by the spa and pick one up.

How can I reschedule my appointment?

Rescheduling must be done within 48 hours to have your deposit credited to your rescheduled appointment or it will be forfeited. You can reschedule through the confirmation email you received upon booking your appointment.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations with less than a 24-hour notice and NO CALL/NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the service total (including sickness and emergencies)
