Aloe Vera Gel – Aloe has been known for its anesthetic, antibacterial, and tissue restorative properties. The alloin free gelatinous inner leaf is extracted and filtered to provide excellent hydrating, softening and soothing qualities.
Azulene – A deep blue crystalline substance extract from the essential oil of matricaria and chamomile flowers. The deep blue color of Azulene is used as a natural colorant and is also used for its herbal scent.
Hydrolyzed Glycosaminoglycans – Found naturally in the interstitial spaces between epidermal cells where they act as lubricating moisturizers. Enhances elasticity and flexibility in the skin.
Japanese Green Tea Extract – Reduces skin irritation and redness and acts as an effective antioxidant to scavenge free radicals.
MABEL’S MAGIC TIP:Use 2-3/week after thoroughly cleansing the skin for 10-15 min. A light layer can be worn as an overnight sleeping mask to wake up with calm, hydrated skin. If you’re traveling, leave the sheet masks behind and wear this while you’re on the plane (it’s translucent once on the skin, so don’t worry no one will notice). Great as an after-sun mask to pull heat from the skin and soothe redness.

It’s great if you’re looking for a detox-type of mask or something that’s going to tighten and firm the skin. Use once or twice weekly, applying all over the face and neck area. Allow it to set for 15 to 20 minutes and avoid the eye area. Can also be used as a drying spot treatment overnight. May not be suitable for sensitive skin. Careful when using this before applying potent actives like retinol.

After using your regular cleanser, glide this on the face, neck, and décolleté and leave on for 5-7 minutes (don’t leave on for more than 15 min tops because you can irritate the skin). Use 2-3x/week as a deep cleansing masque but can be used more frequently as a deep-pore cleanser.

Sodium Cocoyl Glutamate – “Baby surfactant” is an amino acid-based surfactant. It does not dry out the skin and leaves the skin feeling moisturized. Extremely hypoallergenic and mild cleansing.
MABEL’S MAGIC TIP:Apply polish to cleansed skin with a gentle circular motion and without applying pressure. Can be used 2-3x/week. Although enzymes are doing most of the exfoliation, this does also have a factor of physical exfoliation too. This can be used even on the most sensitive skin but not for anyone dealing with inflammatory or cystic breakouts (see Clarifying Toner Pads or Glycolic Retinol Pads). You can mix this is with your cleanser.
